Entry Form

A celebration of family, friends, community, hertage and culture through creative and inspiring works of fibre art.

There is a maximum of three entries per artist.

All entries must be made by the artist.

Only one per category

1. The entry fee for the first submission is $50 and $15 for the next two entries.
2. Youth submission $20 for the fist submission and $10 for the next two entries.
3. Please note that insurance of artiworks is the responsibility of the entrant.
4. Each entry requires a new entry form.

Choose the category that best fits your entry. If you are not sure, don't worry, the folks on the juryng committee will ensure it's in the correct category.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I hereby give my permission for my work to be professionally photographed for promotional purposes, including for use on the FFAA website, social media, newsletter and catalogue. My contact information may be shared with FFAA Competition Committee members at the discretion of the FFAA Show Registrar as required for the smooth implmenttion of the competiition and exhibition.
