Your $25 Enrollment Deposit
Complete your enrollment by paying a one-time $25 Enrollment Deposit during the pre-launch period.

Your Enrollment Deposit:

Is applied as a credit toward your first laundry service.
Covers account setup and enrollment processing.
Is separate from laundry service charges and the purchase of a Lusso Laundry bag.
Is non-refundable once your account setup has been completed.
You may also reserve your spot at no cost and choose to pay your Enrollment Deposit any time before your first scheduled pickup. However, Early Enrollment benefits are only available to customers who complete their enrollment by August 9, 2026.

Important Reminder
Pre-Launch Enrollment ends on August 9, 2026. Beginning August 10, 2026, Lusso Laundry bags will be available for purchase by the general public while supplies last. Enrolling early gives you the best opportunity to reserve your preferred bag size, secure exclusive Early Enrollment benefits, and be ready for our official September 2026 launch.

Introductory pricing is valid for the first 12 months of continuous recurring service. Customers who cancel recurring service or allow their account to lapse may lose eligibility for introductory pricing if they re-enroll.

Bag Reservation & Delivery Priority
Customers who complete their Early Enrollment by paying the $25 Enrollment Fee during the pre-launch period will receive priority bag fulfillment before the official service launch.

Customers who reserve their spot without completing Early Enrollment may purchase their Lusso Laundry bag once public sales begin on August 9, 2026, while supplies last.

If bag inventory becomes limited, customers who completed Early Enrollment will receive priority fulfillment. Customers who reserved their spot without payment will receive their bag after Early Enrollment customers, subject to product availability.

Lusso Laundry cannot guarantee the availability of all bag sizes or styles once public sales begin.

 Payment

If you choose Optional Early Enrollment, an invoice for the $25 Early Enrollment Fee will be sent to the email address you provide on this application.

Invoices are typically sent within one (1) week of your enrollment submission.

To receive all Early Enrollment benefits—including priority scheduling, early service date booking, priority bag fulfillment, Founding Member status, and 12 months of introductory pricing—your invoice must be paid by August 1, 2026.

The full $25 payment is applied as a credit toward your first completed Lusso Laundry wash.
