Thank you for considering one of our puppies through Windy Pines Farms! Puppies are fun, loving, playful, and also a lot of work. Our puppies are sold as top quality pets- if you are looking for breeding, we are not the right fit for you. Before you start this application, please ensure you can fully committed to the care of the puppy before you decide to get one.

If you know you are ready for a puppy, please complete this application form as honest as possible. The form must be completed before claiming one of our puppies. The application will only take a few minutes of your time to complete. Once submitted, I (Chelsea) will follow-up with you soon.
