Next Level FC Soccer School – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership & Payment
1.1 Membership is £25 per month, payable in advance.
1.2 Membership includes all scheduled Next Level FC Soccer School sessions during that calendar month.
1.3 Membership will continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
2. Bookings
2.1 All children must be registered before attending Soccer School.
2.2 Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.
2.3 Next Level FC reserves the right to refuse or withdraw membership where necessary.
3. Cancellation
3.1 Membership may be cancelled by providing one month's written notice.
3.2 Monthly fees remain payable during the notice period.
3.3 Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
3.4 If Next Level FC cancels a session due to circumstances within our control, an alternative session or credit may be offered where reasonably possible.
3.5 Sessions cancelled due to severe weather, venue closures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Sessions
4.1 Soccer School sessions take place on Saturdays from 9:00am – 10:00am.
4.2 Session times and venues may occasionally change. Parents will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
5.1 Parents/guardians must ensure all registration details and emergency contact information remain accurate.
5.2 Children must be signed in and collected promptly at the end of each session.
5.3 Parents/guardians must inform the coaching team if another authorised adult is collecting their child.
6. Clothing & Equipment
Players should attend with:
Suitable sports clothing.
Football boots or suitable trainers.
Shin pads (recommended).
A labelled water bottle.
7. Medical Information & Additional Needs
7.1 Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or additional needs during registration.
7.2 Any changes to medical information must be communicated to Next Level FC before the child attends a session.
7.3 Next Level FC will make reasonable adjustments where possible; however, sessions are delivered in a group environment and individual one-to-one support cannot be guaranteed.
8. Health & Safety
8.1 Football is a physical activity and participation carries an inherent risk of injury.
8.2 Next Level FC will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment for participants.
8.3 In the event of an accident or medical emergency, appropriately qualified first aid will be administered and emergency services contacted where necessary.
9. Codes of Conduct
9.1 All parents/guardians and players agree to comply with the Next Level FC Parent Code of Conduct and Player Code of Conduct.
9.2 These Codes of Conduct form part of these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 Failure to comply with either Code of Conduct may result in action being taken by the club, including suspension or termination of membership where appropriate.
10. Photography & Media
10.1 Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for coaching and promotional purposes.
10.2 Images will only be used where parental consent has been provided during registration.
10.3 Parents/guardians may withdraw consent at any time by notifying Next Level FC in writing.
11. Personal Belongings
11.1 Next Level FC accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
12. Safeguarding
12.1 Next Level FC is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment for every child.
12.2 All sessions are delivered in accordance with The FA Safeguarding Standards.
12.3 Any safeguarding concerns should be reported to the Club Welfare Officer.
13. Changes to These Terms
13.1 Next Level FC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
13.2 Parents will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
