  • Terms and Conditions

    By registering for the CollecSHEEN: Closet Cleanout, participants agree to abide by the following:

    1. Privacy and Data Protection
      • Personal information collected will be used only for event-related purposes and handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
    2. Registration and Slots
      • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Slots are limited and will be confirmed only upon completion of registration via an automated confirmation email.
    3. Payment and Refund Policy
      • Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any request of transfer of registration must be coordinated with the organizers in advance.
    4. Event Rules and Guidelines
      • Participants agree to comply with all published registration guidelines, shopping rules, batch limits, payment procedures, auction rules, and other instructions provided by the organizers.
    5. Event Entry Requirements
      • Only registered participants will be allowed entry to the event. A valid government-issued ID must be presented for verification upon entry. The name used during registration must match the name on the valid ID for security purposes.
    6. Health and Safety
      • If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of a contagious illness, please refrain from attending the event to help protect the health and safety of other attendees, staff, and organizers.
    7. Code of Conduct
      • All participants must treat fellow buyers, bidders, and organizers with respect. Fake bidding, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow CollecSHEEN's sale and auction rules may result in disqualification or cancellation of transactions without a refund of applicable fees or top-ups.
    8. Event Updates and Changes
      • The organizers will communicate relevant changes to event schedules, procedures, or arrangements through official communication channels, via email and social media platforms.
