Payment Terms: ₱450 PAYO or ₱300 NRDP. Remaining balance must be settled on or before July 13, 2026.

 

Important Reminders:

• Strictly no cancellation once the form has been submitted.
• This is a 1:1 slot system.
• Failure to settle payment by July 13, 2026 will result in slot forfeiture. All payments are non-refundable.
• Each attendee is required to purchase one (1) drink from Gong Cha and one (1) food from J&G Chicken on the event day to claim the kit. No receipt = no kit.
•In case you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you can transfer your slot or pay the minimum purchase for us to ship your kit. Please notify the organizer first
• Unclaimed kits are non-refundable.
