Terms and Conditions:
- Items are scheduled for pick-up at the Birds in Flight CSE to be held on 20 Sep 2026.
  
  Payments needs to be made in full to secure the item/s ordered.
- Preorder items can be purchased through here.
- Items have limited stock, and will be sold on a first come first served basis. You will be notified and refunded if the item/s ordered run out of stock during the pick-up order period.
- Payment will be made through GCash or BPI.
- If there are any emergencies in which pick-up will not be possible, a proxy to pick up on your behalf is accepted. Simply give a heads-up ahead of time and have your proxy provide any proof that they are authorised to pick up your items for you. Refunds can be issued, or you may opt for courier delivery via J&T or LBC.
- Cancellations & Refunds:
  Completed orders cannot be cancelled, and payments are non‑refundable.
