Thank you for your interest in our i-Adventures "Japan: Timeless Traditions, Contemporary Culture and Natural Beauty" trip, which will take place May 15 to 26, 2027. We are excited that you will be joining us!
Tour Cost (All prices are listed in USD)

Double occupany: $9,500 per person

Single occupancy: $11,350 per person

The registration fee includes:
- Accomodations for 11 nights in a combination of 4 star semi-luxury hotels, 3 star boutique hotels, and ryokans, depending on availability in the areas we will be staying.
- All meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and picnics
- Services of multiple experienced, knowledgeable and professional English speaking local tour guides
- All local transportation, including trains, buses, ferries and private transport within Japan
- All activities and programs as indicated in the itinerary
- All permits and entrance fees associated with group activities
- Airport transfers
The following items are specifically NOT included in your registration fee:
- Round trip airfare between your home and Japan
- Trip cancellation and medical travel insurance
- Items of a personal nature such as bar bills, laundry, telephone calls etc.
- Personal clothing and equipment
- Gratuity/tipping for guides and drivers
- Any other expenses which are not mentioned as being covered as part of your registration fee
Payment Schedule

Your registration will be confirmed when we receive your completed registration form and a deposit of $1,500. The balance is due per the following schedule:

50% of the total trip cost is due six months prior to the trip (due Dec 15, 2026)
Final payment in full is due three months prior to the trip (due on Feb 15, 2027)

This trip will require some degree of physical exercise, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain and going up and down stairs. Important Travel Insurance Information

i-SUSTAIN strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against financial loss in the case of cancellation or interruption of the trip, medical or personal emergencies or other unforeseen events that may cause you to have to change your travel plans.

Cancellation Policy

Because appropriate options for transportation and accomodations are limited in many of the areas we will be visiting, we will be making reservations well in advance of our departure date. If you cancel your registration you will be subject to cancellation fees to cover our commited costs, per the following schedule:
1. The $1,500 trip deposit is non-refundable.
2. If you cancel on or after January 15, 2027 (four months prior to departure) an administration fee of 50% of the total registration price will apply.
3. If you cancel on or after March 15, 2027 (two months prior to departure) an administrative fee of 100% of the total registration price will apply. If cancellation occurs within this period and full payment has not been received, the full penalty will still apply and the unpaid monies are due immediately.
4. Once a trip has departed there will be no refunds for any unused portions of the trip.
If you cancel at any time but are able to secure a replacement who registers and pays in full for this trip at the same or a higher rate, any funds you have paid to i-SUSTAIN that have not already been used to cover the cost of non-refundable expenses will be refunded in full.

I agree that i-SUSTAIN is not liable for any additional expenses that I may have incurred, such as airfare.
