At Risen Church, we believe effective leadership begins with intentional preparation. This checklist outlines the essential training and onboarding requirements designed to equip you with the knowledge, expectations, and resources needed to lead with excellence, integrity, and confidence.

Review Risen Service Operations (Dream Team website)
Shadow a Director, Team Leader or Team Member to learn the details of the department
