At Risen Church, we believe effective leadership begins with intentional preparation. This checklist outlines the essential training and onboarding requirements designed to equip you with the knowledge, expectations, and resources needed to lead with excellence, integrity, and confidence.

9. Physically show an Administrator or Director how to look up a department group in Churctrac. (Page 3 of Navigating Churchtrac document) For training purposes, look up the 'Testing' Group
10. Physically show an Administrator or Director how to send an email to a department group in Churchtrac. For training purposes send an email to the Testing group. Verify with your Administrator/Director if the email was received. (Page 4 of Navigating Churchtrac document)

12. Physically show an Administrator or Director of how to schedule a volunteer for an upcoming worship service. For training purposes, use the Testing Group to schedule yourself, your Administrator/Director, and Fruit Loops. (Page 13 of Navigating Churchtrac document)
13. Physically show an Administrator where in Churctrac to view who in your team has accepted, declined or not responded to a volunteer request. For training purposes view the Testing Group. (Page 15 of Navigating Churchtrac document).
14. Physically show an Administrator or Director of how to review the Worship Planner and where to update a server's name and where to upload an image or document
15. Consult with Administrator and request to be added to Notions. Do not select this item as 'Complete' until you are able to respond to messages in Notions.

Section 2 - Dream Team Training (Check when completed and confirm who trained you in each area)

5. Complete the training checklist for the ministry department (Dream Team website) [Administrators complete all three department training checklists]
6. Review how to contact the Administrator via risen-church.org/dreamteam
7. Review Risen Service Operations (Dream Team website)
8. Shadow a Director, Team Leader or Team Member to learn the details of the department
9. Confirm with Administrator the department monthly meeting (day/time) [Administrators gather the meeting times for all departments corresponding to you]
