This form is to register for the Football Victoria Para Pathways Clinics.

The clinics will be held from 9:00am–10:00pm at the Home of the Matildas, Bundoora.

These clinics are designed for children and young people with cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury (ABI), or stroke-related symptoms who are interested in exploring the Para Football pathway.

Following the clinic, participants and families are invited to watch the Victorian Para Football training program as athletes prepare for the National Championships.

Eligibility: Participants must have cerebral palsy, an acquired brain injury (ABI), or stroke-related symptoms, be ambulant, and able to move independently.

Clinic groups:
- 6–12 years (mixed)
- 13–25 years (mixed)
- Girls only (ages 6–25)
