🐟 What is Club Sardonic?
Club Sardonic is my snail mail club where I send vibrant, whimsical illustrations inspired by the keepsakes and the memories that make me nostalgic and the everyday things that make life a little more colorful. Every mail follows a different theme, with Tobee - my angry fish - making tiny appearances in each world, enjoying his peaceful retreat or questioning how he ended up there.
Inside, you will find a bundle of exclusive flat paper goodies like stickers and prints, along with a letter from me filled with wonky doodles. I usually ramble about what I have been up to as an artist, share behind-the-scenes moments, or write about my personal stories or reflections as a fish trying to swim through the ups and downs of life.
I hope Club Sardonic becomes something you look forward to getting in your mailbox, and I hope it encourages you to slow down and have room to be more playful. If ever you need a pick-me-up, just know that each envelope is a special invitation into my world - where you are greeted by the warmth and the whimsy, and by one tiny angry fish.

Sign-ups for Club Sardonic will be released every other month. For example, if sign-ups are open in July, the next round will be in September.
I want to give myself enough time to think of each theme and create everything thoughtfully. I also want to pack every envelope with lots of love and care without feeling rushed. And as an artist with art markets and other endeavors, I would like to find a balance between all the things I love to do. So I want each mail to feel intentional and exciting, for both you and me.
But if I am feeling extra inspired or there is a special occasion worth celebrating, you might see the next mail theme arrive a little sooner!

Read the form carefully and be 100% sure before submitting, as all orders are final and refunds are not allowed. Always double-check your shipping address and use an active email. An order confirmation will be sent to your email afterwards.

⭐️ MOD: J&T or PHLPOST (Untracked)
⭐️ MOP: G-Cash QR Code
This is a PAYO (Pay as You Order) form. After submitting the form and completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24-36 hours. All updates and communication will be sent to your email.
Payments are accepted through a GCash QR.
For J&T, shipping fees are based on their fixed rates by region. Please remember to select your region in the "Shipping" category to include the shipping fee in your total.
For PHLPOST, this shipping option is free if you want a cheaper way to receive my mail. This applies to all regions! However, there will be no tracking (as I will use ordinary mail), and the delivery may take a while - from a few weeks to a month.
Orders are not shipped immediately. After the deadline for sign-ups, that is when printing and shipping fulfillment will start. It will take approximately 2-3 weeks or longer to print and ship out orders, depending on order volume.
(*Update: I will now ship in two batches!)
Batch 1: Orders placed from July 5 to 12 will begin production next week.
Batch 2: Orders placed from July 13 to 20 will begin production after the last day for sign-ups.
(Shipping will follow the week after each production.)
Please note that this schedule is still subject to change in case of fast production and/or delays. Any updates will be announced through social media and emails!
Refunds are NOT allowed. If you have incomplete or incorrect items, I would be happy to replace your mail. Once shipped, I am not responsible for courier delays, damages, or lost parcels.
Product colors may vary slightly due to printing and screen display differences.
