This is our Horse Rental Consultation Appointment booking for Pony Parties and Events!

Please keep in mind the following...

 

• We do not host parties, mearly rent our facilities for parties to use
• If we will be trailering the horse(s) off property, there will be an extra fee based on mileage.

IMPORTANT 

 

Those choosing to rent the facilities at the ranch receive 30 minutes before start time and 30 minutes after end time free of charge for setup and clean up for the party / event.

There is an option to extend time (with a extra fee) for use of the facilities, after pony rides have ended, should you need it.

If you select one hour of pony rides, that means 1 hour of party time, with 30 minutes to set up beforehand, and 30 minutes to clean up afterwards

Unless you choose to extend time usage of the facilities, please be aware of the clock, we do have other services that may be going on at the same time or afterwards that we will need our facilities for.

***PLEASE NOTE***

For the safety of both the rider and our horses we have a weight limit for each individual horse.

 

Small horses/ponies CANNOT carry large adults (including some older children)

 

Depending on the horse/pony their weight limit can range from 100lbs - 200lbs

 

200lbs is the maximum weight limit (for some horses not all)

 

If there will be adults/teenagers/big kids that do require a horse with a 200 lb weight limit, please let us know below and we will try our best to accommodate. This will be discussed at the consultation as well.

 

If there's any question that a rider is over the individual horse's weight limit we will have a scale available so that they may weigh themselves.

Please Note

 

In summertime, we do not ride in severe heat. All horses must be done working and back at the ranch by 12:00 noon.

 

 Things to Know About Your Rental...

 

1. A 50% non refundable deposit is required minimum a month prior to the solidified date.

2. The remainder of the payment will be due 1 week prior to the appointment date.

3. All parents are expected to be attentive with their children around any and all horses or other farm animals whether on the ranch or traveling to you. 

4. All Parents are expected to keep children from running around, behind, or in the path of the horse(s) or other animals whether on the ranch or traveling to you.

5. If we are traveling to you we will need sufficient space to turn around and/or back up the horse trailer, have the horse(s) tied to while getting ready, and to set up the space on the property where the handlead  horse rides be walking.

6. Time starts and ends at the scheduled times, please be ready for us. Extra time comes with an extra charge or unhappy children. 

7. All parents are required to sign a liability release form prior to children mounting the horse

8. All minors are required to wear a helmet

9. Birthday kid(s) get first dibs on the first and last ride given if they are ready and feel up to it.

10. If you rent games and we are traveling to you, the games will be gotten out and set up at the same time the horse is getting ready and the riding area is prepared. After time ends, the games, riding area, and horse will be cleaned up and loaded onto the trailer.

11. Our team is made up of volunteers whom donate their time to work with the rescues, cash tips are greatly appreciated though not required. :)
