              Final payment ❗️ is due 14 days before event or a $100 late fee will be applied to event . Payment policy : there are No refunds all payments are non refundable. If you can not be serviced for any reason you must reschedule or use credit towards any rental we offer . 2 long tables for food do Not come with table cloths Bring speaker Food Drinks Cake Silverware plates Warmers Cooler 📍 Full Payment is required if Event is less than 7 days away ❗️ Soft play and bounce house varies per location.Do not remove any items from the party room unless they are customized items for you . Please do not move or rearrange any equipment from designated spot .   ❗️you are not booked until deposit is received. We do not accept Day of payments . ❗️Make sure to confirm date and time before sending deposit / payment ❗️$100 of deposit does not go towards balance it is held until the Next 7 complete business days after event  .❗️(If you are not out of the party room on time or food drinks candy is left on floor or tables or in play area  any damages any missing items your deposit will not be returned any police disturbances. We do not return deposits on weekends all deposits are returned the following business day after the 7th business day .We have the right to End your Event at any time if any disturbance negative altercation fights being rude or aggressive towards staff breaking or causing damage in front of event space or inside any police or any negative disturbance.
