    Order Confirmation & Payment

    My order is not confirmed until I receive a confirmation email/invoice from Blue Line Balloons.

    A non-refundable payment is required to reserve my date.

    100% payment due at booking.
    Orders not paid by 8/16 will be canceled.

    Foil Balloon Availability

    Balloon designs are subject to product availability.
    If a pictured foil balloon or specialty item is unavailable, Blue Line Balloons reserves the right to substitute a similar design, color, or style of equal or greater value.

    Balloon Care

    Balloons are delicate and can be affected by heat, cold, wind, rain, direct sunlight, sharp objects, pets, and rough handling.


    Once balloons are picked up or delivered and accepted, Blue Line Balloons is not responsible for popped, deflated, damaged, or missing balloons.

    Delivery
    Delivery fees are based on location.

    Cancellations

    Payments are non-refundable.
    If cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event, payments may be applied as a credit toward a future order within 6 months (at Blue Line Balloons’ discretion).
    Photo Release

    Blue Line Balloons may photograph completed décor and use the images for marketing and social media unless otherwise requested by the customer.
