Thank you for choosing Doña Chuy’s Flan! Please review the following information before submitting your order.

Order Information

• Whole flan orders must be placed in advance.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all orders.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due at pickup.
• Please allow 24–48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
• Once your order is submitted, I will contact you to confirm availability, pickup details, and payment instructions.
• Deposits may be paid via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup will receive a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup will forfeit the deposit.
• Orders not picked up on the agreed pickup date may be canceled without refund.
