Before You Order
Thank you for choosing Doña Chuy’s Flan! Please review the following information before submitting your order.
Order & Payment
• Whole flan orders must be placed in advance.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order.
• Traditional Flan - $55 | 50% deposit: $27.50
• Chocoflan - $65 | 50% deposit: $32.50
• The remaining 50% balance will be collected at pickup.
• Your order is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Please allow 24–48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
• After submitting your order and deposit, I will contact you to confirm availability and pickup details.
Pickup
• Please pick up your order on the date agreed upon at the time of ordering.
• Once your deposit is received, your flan is reserved specifically for your selected pickup date.
• Orders are prepared specifically for the agreed pickup date and will not be held for multiple days after the scheduled pickup date.
Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup will forfeit the deposit.
• Orders that are not picked up on the agreed pickup date are non-refundable.
Pickup Date Changes
• If you need to change your pickup date, please contact Doña Chuy’s Flan in advance.
• Alternate pickup dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us.
• A new pickup date is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Doña Chuy’s Flan.
Allergen Information
• Our flan contains milk and eggs.
• If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide ingredient information and discuss your concerns.
