Pre-Order Flan Slices

Before You Order
Thank you for choosing Doña Chuy’s Flan! Please review the following information before submitting your order.

Order & Payment
• Slice orders must be placed in advance.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order.
• Traditional Flan Slice - $7 | 50% deposit: $3.50
• Chocoflan Slice - $8 | 50% deposit: $4.00
• The remaining 50% balance will be collected at pickup.
• Your order is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Please allow 24–48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
• After submitting your order and deposit, I will contact you to confirm your pickup details.

Pickup
• By placing your order, you agree to pick up your order on the date selected at checkout.
• Orders are prepared specifically for the selected pickup date and will not be held for multiple days after the scheduled pickup date.
• If you need to change your pickup date, please contact Doña Chuy’s Flan in advance. Alternate pickup dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us.

Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup will forfeit the deposit.
• Orders that are not picked up on the agreed pickup date are non-refundable.
