1. Rental Agreement
By signing this agreement, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
I understand that I am renting products owned by CUDOLLA for a temporary period and that ownership of all products remains with CUDOLLA at all times.
I agree to return all rented products in the same condition in which they were delivered, excluding normal wear resulting from ordinary intended use.
I understand that failure to return rented products may result in additional charges, collection efforts, or legal action where permitted by law.
2. Customer Responsibility Agreement
I accept full responsibility for all products delivered as part of my reservation during the rental period.
I agree to notify CUDOLLA immediately if any product is damaged, missing, lost, stolen, or becomes unusable during the reservation period.
I understand that I may be financially responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from:
intentional damage
misuse
abuse
negligence
missing accessories
missing equipment
unauthorized modifications
theft
failure to return products
3. Damage Responsibility
Normal wear resulting from ordinary intended use is expected and is not considered damage.
Examples of damage that may result in repair or replacement charges include:
tears
punctures
cuts
burns
stains
permanent discoloration
broken components
missing accessories
missing equipment
unauthorized repairs
excessive contamination requiring replacement
CUDOLLA reserves the right to determine whether damage exceeds normal wear and to calculate repair or replacement costs accordingly.
4. Delivery and Return Policy
I understand that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
I agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the delivery location.
I understand that failure to be available for scheduled delivery or pickup may result in additional charges or cancellation fees.
I understand that all products remain property of CUDOLLA and must be made available for pickup at the agreed return time.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
5. Cleaning and Care Policy
I agree to follow all care instructions provided by CUDOLLA.
I agree not to use products in a manner that may reasonably result in unnecessary damage or contamination.
I understand that products are inspected, cleaned, sanitized, and prepared between reservations according to company procedures.
I agree to report any concerns immediately upon delivery.
6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in any rental experience involves inherent risks.
I voluntarily choose to participate and assume responsibility for my own decisions and actions during the rental period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree that CUDOLLA, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and delivery personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, transportation, storage, or handling of rented products.
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for using products in a safe and lawful manner and in accordance with any instructions provided.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

I understand that violation of these terms may result in cancellation of future reservations.
8. Privacy Policy Acknowledgement
CUDOLLA values customer privacy and discretion.
Customer information is collected solely for reservation processing, customer support, operational purposes, and legal compliance where required.
CUDOLLA does not sell customer information to third parties.
I acknowledge that I have reviewed and accept the CUDOLLA Privacy Policy.
