    Parking fee at venue: ranges from $5-24 ( there is an option for free parking with just a brisk walk to the mess hall lot)

    📣 Vendor Promotion

    All participating vendors are expected to post and share the event on social media.
    We prioritize small businesses who show consistency in their brand, maintain an engaged online presence, and demonstrate professionalism and community-minded values.

    🎪 Booth Presentation Requirements

    All booths must have elevated, intentional merchandising, including:

    • Visible business name or logo (professionally produced or artfully created)
    • Clean, professional signage for pricing and payment options


    Table Requirements:

    • Tables must be covered with floor-length, wrinkle-free linens.
    • No table legs showing.
    • Personal items must be stored out of sight (in vehicles or under fully skirted tables).


    Canopy Requirements:

    • Acceptable colors: White, Black, or Pink
    • Other colors may be allowed only if branded; submit photos for approval.
    • All canopies must be straight‑legged and properly weighted.


    Umbrella Requirements:

    • Acceptable colors: White, Beige, Sand, Cream
    • Must be properly weighted.

    🚫 Prohibited Items

    The following items are not permitted:

    • Products containing explicit language
    • Religious or political references
    • Weapons of any kind (including custom pocket knives) and drugs THC etc..
    • Any additional restrictions required by property management

    🚫 Booth Sharing

    Booth sharing is not allowed.
    Each vendor must be individually approved and must operate only within their assigned space.

    📄 Permits & Insurance

    Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, or insurance required to operate their business.

    💛 Vendor Acceptance

    If accepted, you will receive an invoice via email within 1–2 days of applying. Please check your spam just in case.
    Invoices must be paid within 48 hours.
    Unpaid invoices will be canceled, and the application fee will be forfeited.

     

    REFUND POLICY

    The Good Vibe Market does NOT offer refunds or transfers for any reason This is a RAIN or SHINE event. If The Good Vibe Market cancels an event we will offer 2 alternative dates. If the vendor cannot make those dates they will forfeit their fee entirely.
