    Thank you for your interest in a SongShare 1:1 Mentorship with Jessica Hitte. These mentorships are intentionally personalized and limited in availability. Rather than following a preset curriculum, each mentorship is built around a specific area of growth where Jess feels she can genuinely serve and provide meaningful guidance. Before accepting a mentee, we'll review your application to ensure it's a great fit for both of you. If accepted, you'll meet with Jess for six consecutive weeks, with one 60-minute session each week at a mutually agreed upon time. We can't wait to learn more about you!

    Jess intentionally accepts a limited number of mentees to ensure each person receives focused attention.

    She also believes in staying within her areas of experience and expertise. If your desired mentorship topic isn't something she feels she can serve well, she'll let you know and, whenever possible, recommend another resource or mentor who may be a better fit.

    The goal isn't simply to fill a mentorship spot—it's to make sure you receive guidance that genuinely moves you forward.

    Program Policies & Payment

    Please read the following carefully before submitting your application.

    Acceptance into a SongShare 1:1 Mentorship is not guaranteed. Every application is personally reviewed to ensure it's a great fit for both you and Jess.

    If accepted:

    • An invoice will be emailed to you with your payment options.
    • Options for your mentorship dates will be sent along with the invoice as well as a proposed start date. These dates will not be held and reserved for you until payment has been made.
    • Your spot is not reserved until full payment has been received. 
    • Access to the mentorship platform, resources, materials, and any shared documents will not be granted until payment has been received.
    • If a scheduled payment becomes overdue during the mentorship, SongShare reserves the right to suspend access to future sessions, mentorship materials, and the platform until the account is brought current.

    Attendance Policy

     Your mentorship consists of 6 consecutive weekly sessions, with each meeting building upon the previous one.

    Because these sessions are reserved exclusively for you:

    • Meetings should only be rescheduled when adequate advance notice is provided.
    • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of that week's session.
    • While every effort will be made to accommodate schedule changes, make-up sessions cannot be guaranteed.

    Refund Policy

    Due to the limited number of mentorship openings and the preparation involved in each mentorship, all payments are non-refundable.
