1. Service Agreement
I understand that Clean Slate by Aliyah will provide cleaning services based on the package and add-on services selected. Any additional servicces requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.
2. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payments include: PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Cash.
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied towards your final balance.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice may transfer their booking deposit to a future appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will forfeit the booking deposit.
4. Access to the home
The client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the property. If Clean Slate by Aliyah is unable to access the home at the scheduled appointment time, additional fees may apply, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
5. Home Condition
To ensure the best results, clients are encouraged to pick up clothing, toys, dishes, and personal belongings before the scheduled cleaning. Cleaning services do not include excessive decluttering unless previously arranged.
6. Saftey Policy
For the safety of everyone, aggressive pets must be secured before the appointment begins. Please notify us in advance of any pets, construction, hazardous conditions, or areas requiring special attention.
7. Satsfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters. If you are unhappy with any area of your cleaning, please notify Clean Slate by Aliyah within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to address any missed areas at no additional charge whenever reasonable.
8. Damage Policy
While every home is treated with the utmost care, accidents can occasionally happen. Any concerns regarding damage or breakage should be reported within 24 hours so they can be reviewed promptly.
9. Valubles
Please secure cash, jewelry, important documents, and irreplaceable sentimental items before your appointment. While every effort is made to protect your belongings, Clean Slate by Aliyah cannot assume responsibility for unsecured valuables.
10. Health & Saftey
If anyone in the home is experiencing a contagious illness, please notify us before your appointment so we can discuss rescheduling if necessary.
11. Photos
With your permission, we may occasionally take before-and-after photos of cleaned areas for training or marketing purposes. Personal information, family photos, and identifying details will never be shared without your consent.
12. Agreement
By scheduling and receiving services, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the policies of Clean Slate by Aliyah.
