Does your child currently have an LSE at school?

Consent: We will take photographs or film children during the program from time to time. We want to use the photos / films to share with parents and show them what their child has been doing. Please advise if you consent to your child's photo/film being taken and used to share their experiences with their families and whether you consent to your child photo / film being used for marketing / promotional purposes.

Updating Information: Enrolment information must be kept up-to-date. If any information changes for your child, please ensure to inform our staff so that we can update our records.

Parent Support Clause: We aim to provide a positive and supportive learning environment for all children. If a child experiences difficulties settling into the class, participating in activities, or displays behaviour that affects their learning or the learning experience of others, we will invite a parent or guardian to attend the sessions temporarily and assist the child in adapting to the class environment. This support measure will be discussed with the family and reviewed regularly to ensure the best outcome for the child.

Absenteeism: Please inform us if your child is going to be absent from the program. Unfortunately, we won't be able to have any make-up class or refunds/fees adjustments for being absent.

Refunds: There will be no refunds if the child opts out of the program.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the course if the minimum number of children required is not reached.

Sick Child/Children: If your child is feeling unwell or sick, kindly refrain from sending them to the program to prevent the spread of illness. If your child falls ill during the program, we will promptly inform you.

Food is not allowed during the session; particular cases will have a designated time and space indicated by the teacher. Please inform in advance if needed.

Payment:

The full amount of 140 euros must be paid in advance before the start of the program. When making a payment, please put the Child's name and the parent's name in the transaction notes.
Failure to make payment may result in your child/children being withdrawn.

Damage or loss of property: If your child/children damage or lose property belonging to Young Engineers or the Venue where the programs are being held, parents will have the responsibility of paying for recovery costs.
