Code of Conduct Acknowledgements
Please note: Failure to meet any of the below is a breach of your involvement at the event and may result in being asked to leave the event.
Section 1: Professional Conduct - I agree our stand representatives will behave professionally and respectfully at all times, towards other exhibitors, attendees, venue personnel, and all CloserStill Media staff.

Section 2: Respect and Behaviour - CloserStill is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone involved in our events. Exhibitors and their representatives must: (a) treat all individuals with courtesy, dignity, and respect, regardless of role, gender, race, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristic; (b) respect personal space and boundaries of others physical, verbal, and non-verbal; (c) avoid any form of harassment, including unwanted or inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome advances, offensive jokes, or intimidating behaviour; (d) cooperate with event staff and security personnel and comply promptly with reasonable instructions or directions given; (e) foster a collaborative and professional atmosphere within and around your stand.

Section 3: Exhibitor Responsibilities - You are responsible for the safety and conduct of yourself and any personnel working on your behalf during the Event. You are required to arrange adequate insurance cover to protect yourself and others attending the Event. Please refer to Clause 9 of the Stand Order Form for full insurance details.

Section 4: Entry Requirements - Event access may be subject to verification, including proof of identity, employment, or professional status. You must ensure your exhibitor team is properly registered and badged for entry. Badges must be worn visibly at all times while onsite.

Section 5: Prohibited Conduct - While participating in the Event, you and your representatives must not:(a) photograph, film, record, or livestream any part of the Event outside of your own stand without prior written permission from CloserStill;(b) engage in any disruptive or unauthorised activities, including but not limited to canvassing, suitcasing, unauthorised leafleting, demonstrations, or objectionable behaviour;(c) market or conduct business outside of your designated stand area, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CloserStill;(d) act in a way that brings the Event or CloserStill (including any member of the CloserStill Group) into disrepute;(e) engage in any activity prejudicial to the image and/or reputation of the Event or CloserStill;(f) do anything that may, or is likely to, endanger attendees, Event staff, venue personnel, or the general public.

Section 6: Photography and Media - By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that CloserStill and its authorised agents may photograph, film, record, or livestream activities at the Event. CloserStill reserves the right to use such material (including images, recordings, chat room content, and social media posts) in future marketing, communications, and promotional materials, which may include your image, company name, logo, and stand.

Section 7: Children and Minors - Unless otherwise agreed in writing with CloserStill, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibition halls or on your stand during build-up, breakdown, or live event days. Please note that, as standard, no under-16s are permitted inside the hall during build-up or breakdown of the event.

Section 8: Non-Compliance - Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct or any of the Event Terms and Conditions may result in removal from the Event, denial of access, or other appropriate actions deemed necessary by CloserStill, including banning future participation.
