Buying Club Order Form, October 2026

Please use this form to submit your order. We are pleased to be collaborating with Connected Chef, our first vendor. This month, we will offer the same 2 pick up locations. Our usual 31st Ave Open Streets and in Sunnyside on Skillman Avenue (btw 46/47th streets). You will receive an auto-generated JotForm confirmation with your order, payment information and pick up details. Pick up will be Saturday, October 24 from 2-4 pm at both locations. **Payment is due within 24 hours of placing your order. If we do not receive payment by the final order deadline of October 17th at 12 noon, your order will be cancelled.**

Please send payment for your order to WQFC through Venmo (@Andrea-Mungo), Paypal (clarkmungo@gmail.com), friends and family (no fee attached) or CashApp (917-605-4040). All three of these payment forms are linked to the WQFC bank.

Your order will be in a brown paper bag but if you want to bring your own bag to put your order in, please do.
