COFFEE CASHBACK CLAIM FORM

Your coffee cashback refund will equate to the price of the second most expensive hot beverage on your bill, up to a maximum value of R40. Subsequent to verification and approval, all claims for the current week will be paid in one payment on the following Friday.

NOTE: Claims only apply to restaurants tagged as "Coffee Cashback" and will be processed provided that a minimum of 2 hot beverages are ordered, and all benefit terms are adhered to.
