    ·      Vendors are responsible for providing their own Tables, displays, signage, extension cords, and other setup materials.

      By signing below, I understand and agree to the following:
      1.        Vendor space is assigned on a first-paid, first-approved basis.
      2.        Only one vendor per business category will be accepted.
      3.        Vendor fees are non-refundable after September 1, 2026.
      4.        Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, and sales transactions.
      5.        Conference organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
      6.        Applications and payment must be received by September 1, 2026.

      7.        You will recieve an email with confirmation that booth is reserved.
