As a Learning Loft Sponsorship Sales Representative, you are expected to uphold a set of baseline standards that protect our sponsors, our platform, and the integrity of our team. These standards include conducting all outreach and sponsor interactions with professionalism, honesty, and respect; accurately representing Learning Loft's sponsorship offerings at all times; meeting monthly activity goals of 20 outreach attempts and 2–4 meetings scheduled; submitting accurate and complete monthly activity reports before each team check-in; and responding to all Learning Loft communications within 24 to 48 business hours. Representatives are also expected to maintain sponsor confidentiality and to refrain from soliciting sponsorships outside of the Learning Loft platform or for competing organizations. Failure to meet these standards may result in termination of the contract. A full Independent Contractor Agreement outlining all expectations will be provided upon approval of your application.
