Royal Ascot - Windsor Enclosure

Whether you are a racing enthusiast or simply looking for a glamorous day out, Royal Ascot is an event not to be missed.

Cost for member, spouse, partner is £45pp. Guests can be added but they will need to pay the full cost that HPLS pay our tour operator which is £60pp. This is paid via a guest supplement of £15.

Itinerary
After the below pick-up points, you will travel straight to Ascot Racecourse.

Enjoy a full day at leisure to experience the excitement of Royal Ascot, watch the racing, explore the Windsor Enclosure and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.
*Windsor Enclosure is the only enclosure you can bring your own picnic and bottle of sparkling wine/champagne (subject to picnic policy.)

The coach will depart Ascot at approximately 19:00 for the return journey.

* Please note specific seat numbers will not be allocated at the time of booking and single passengers will be required to share a double seat with other single passengers. If you have any seating requests, add these at the booking options stage and we will endeavour to meet your requirements where possible. Seat numbers will be confirmed with your final travel ticket.

Note all non-member guests will pay the normal unsubsidised cost of £109. A £15 guest supplement fee should be selected below in addition to the 2 x £94 places. This is because a guest can only travel with a HPLS member, therefore a minimum 2 places will be required to be selected.

Please state if there are any issues with accessibility such as wheelchair use. This trip may be unsuitable for persons with mobility issues, however if in doubt please make contact and we will try to find a solution.
10. Comments, needs or questions?
11. I understand that this booking will be non-refundable if cancelled by me unless the seats can be re-sold. If trip is cancelled by HPLS for any reason a full refund will be provided.
12. Data Protection. I understand that any details provided will only be used by HPLS for providing this benefit being applied for and no data is shared with anyone or other body, business or organisation other than the tour company and coach company for registering passengers travelling, which may then be passed to the hotel and event venue for their administration purposes only.
