Please fill out this form with care as it will help us greatly in accomodating your needs. At the end, you'll be sent a confirmation of your request and our team will follow up to make sure you're all set for the big day.

Note we will be requiring a deposit on any booking incurring a cost. We will email an invoice for that asap after your booking is accepted. Your space is only confirmed upon that payment.

We provide 6'x2'6" tables. Max 2 tables per 6' of stand width booked (ie one at front, one at back). Tables will be set up evenly front and back across stand space but you may move around on the day. See Exhibitor Manual for details.
