2026 Fall Registration Form
Thank you for registering for lessons with Exit 1 Piano Lessons! The 2026 Fall Semester will take place from August 2nd, 2026-December 19th, 2026. We will be closed October 11th-17th for fall break and November 26th-28th for Thanksgiving. Recitals will likely take place the weekend of December 11th-12th. You can sign up at any time during the fall semester. Our system can prorate your first month of lessons if you sign up in the middle of the month. You can choose between 30, 45, or 60 minute weekly lessons. Once you register, one of our office workers will reach out to help you schedule your weekly lesson time. Don't forget to fill out a separate form for each student and for each instrument! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Once you have a weekly lesson time scheduled, you will receive an invoice to pay for your fist month of lessons. If you begin lessons in the middle of the month, our system will prorate the first month's price for you. You will need to save a card on file when you pay the initial invoice, and you must pay the initial invoice before your first lesson can take place. Our monthly prices are as follows: Weekly 30 minute lessons - $130 per month, Weekly 45 minute lessons - $195 per month, Weekly 60 minute lessons - $260 per month. You only need to pay the $10 registration fee at the time of registration. The registration fee is non-refundable.
