    • Please fill out one form per HORSE. You may add multiple exhibitors below.
    • Back number stays with the horse.
    • Exhibitor(s) MUST be current MFHC members. Link to membership forms: https://www.mwfhc.org/become-a-member 
    • Make sure to click SUBMIT at the bottom of this form when completed.
    • You must check-in at the show office before showing in any classes.  All entry fees will be paid at the show office (cash, check or paypall)
    • Classes are $10 per class OR $100 daily fee (Inculdes 12 classes)

      The undersigned, individually or as agent, in consideration of being allowed to participate as an exhibitor, contestant, along with the owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agents, coach, rider and horse at the Midwest Fjord Fall Fun show at the La Crosse Interstate Fair, for myself, my heirs, executors and personal representatives, hereby waive and release any and all rights, claims and damages I may have against La Crosse Interstate Fair, La Crosse County Agricultural Society, The Midwest Fjord Horse club, their agents, employees, officials and directors for any injuries or loss to me during or in connection with these shows or related activities, whether or not such injury or loss resulted directly or indirectly from negligent acts, omissions of said officials/employees of the La Crosse Interstate Fair, La Crosse County Agricultural Society, The Midwest Fjord Horse club, their agents and employees from any such rights and claims asserted by me or my child or anyone involved in showing a horse under our/my entry.
      It is further agreed that the undersigned shall be bound by the rules and regulations of the La Crosse Interstate Fair, La Crosse County Agricultural Society, and The Midwest Fjord Horse club To this I agree:

    Important Information:

    • You may indicate tack stall splits in the appropriate fields.
    • Please bring your own shavings. There will NOT be any shavings available at the grouonds to purchase.
    • Please do not arrive before 3pm on Friday. Anyone who NEEDS to arrive before 3pm on Friday must have prior approval from MFHC.
    • All stalls have concrete floors.
    • Camping hookups are available throughout the show grounds. All camp sites are first come, first served. MFHC Board reserves the right to assign any and/or all campsites if necessary. Please check with show office for location of available sites, prior to parking your camping vehicle. Any camping unit on the premises that is plugged into an electrical outlet and/or that is parked in the camping area overnight is required to pay the camping fee. Any unit NOT camping is asked to park in non-camping areas to allow for accurate camping counts and campers to have access to spaces with water and electricity.

    ***Stall(s) will be charged $15 a NIGHT and need to be stripped before leaving.***

  • Please check the DAY(S) stall(s) will be used*

  • Camping
    ***All camp sites are first come, first served. Please check with show office for location of available sites, prior to parking your camping vehicle. Camping sites are $25 per NIGHT.  Please make camping checks out to The La Crosse Agricultural Society***
