Delegate registration opens September 1, but students will not be able to register until after their school is registered, paid in full and has been assigned one or more countries.

We understand that it's difficult to know for sure how many students you'll be bringing to SWFLMUN in March; we're looking for your best guess.

You can bring a MINIMUM of 1 student and a MAXIMUM of 40 students.

You will be assigned countries based on the number of students you think you'll have. (It will be up to you and/or your students as to who represents each country in each committee. Delegates will indicate this information when they register, but you can make changes to your roster as well.) Please don't submit country requests; we will select them.

You will get your country assignment(s) a week or less from your date of submission. You will not be assigned a country you've represented at SWFLMUN within the past two seasons, and your countries will be from different regions of the world. You'll find your country assignments on your SWFLMUN dashboard, the link to which you'll receive by email.

- You agree to have at least one responsible adult representing your school on the FGCU campus during the entirety of our 2-day conference, and to provide SWFLMUN with the name of and viable contact information for this individual;
- You agree to advise SWFLMUN immediately, and no later than January 15, 2027, if your school becomes unable to participate;
- You understand that all school and delegate fees paid are non-refundable.
- You agree that Naples Council on World Affairs members put forth considerable time, effort and financial investment to ensure the success of SWFLMUN, and that you will support these efforts by communicating to your students that, by registering, they are making a commitment to attend the conference March 1-2, 2027.
