    Payment Terms: Full payment is required to confirm order.

    • All orders must be paid IN FULL via bank transfer or direct deposit to confirm order
    • Payment must be received no less than 2 days before selected date.

    ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS

    Storage: Best consumed within recommended time frame as follows:

    Caramel Apples:- Refridgerated: 2 weeks-1 month (NOTE: let sit for 15 mins at room temperture before eating to soften caramel)

    Chamoy Gummies:- Room Temperature: 2-4 weeks

    Cookies:- Room Temperature: 3-5 days. Refridgerated: 7-10 days. Frozen: 2-3 months (NOTE: let sit until reached room temperature before serving or microwave for 15-20 seconds for best taste)

    Cakepops:- Refridgerated:7-14 days. Frozen: 1-2 months

     

    Packaging: Packaging may vary slightly based on availability but will always maintain high-quality standards.

    Allergens: Items are not allergen free and are made in a kitchen that produces items with dairy, eggs, wheat, soy and nuts. Please alert us of any allergies prior to ordering.

    Pickup & Delivery: Free pickup in Cunupia. Nationwide delivery available at an additional fee based on location.

    Please note: We may use trusted third-party couriers for delivery. While we take every precaution to ensure your order is securely packaged and handed over on time, we are not responsible for any delays, damage or mishandling that may occur once the order is in the courier's possession. 

    By choosing delivery, you acknowledge that:

    • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather or other delays
    • Refunds or replacements are not typically issued for delays or damage during transit. However, we're always happy to review any concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to assist where possible.
