Welcome to The Flower Market! We are delighted you’ve chosen to visit our flower farm. Your safety is important to us. Please read this agreement carefully before participating.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that visiting and participating in activities at The Flower Market is a voluntary outdoor activity that involves inherent risks. I understand these risks include, but are not limited to:
Uneven ground, rocks, holes, mud, gravel, slopes, tree roots, and other natural terrain
Slips, trips, falls, or other accidents
Cuts, scratches, punctures, or injuries caused by flowers, plants, thorns, branches, or flower-cutting scissors
Bee, wasp, hornet, insect, tick, spider, mosquito, or other bug bites or stings
Allergic reactions to flowers, plants, pollen, insects, or environmental conditions
Exposure to heat, cold, rain, wind, sun, or other weather conditions
Damage to or loss of personal property
Release of Liability
By entering The Flower Market property and participating in any activity, I voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with my visit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release and hold harmless The Flower Market, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses arising from the ordinary risks of participating in activities on the property, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
Children
I understand that I am fully responsible for supervising all children in my care at all times. I accept responsibility for their safety and actions while visiting The Flower Market.
Flower-Cutting Tools
I understand that flower-cutting scissors or snips are sharp tools. I agree to use them safely and responsibly and accept responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from my use or misuse of these tools.
Farm Rules
I agree to:
Stay on designated paths whenever possible.
Respect flowers, plants, buildings, equipment, and other guests.
Follow all staff instructions.
Report any injury immediately.
Photography Release
Unless I notify The Flower Market in writing before my visit, I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during my visit to be used for advertising, social media, and other promotional purposes without compensation.
Bloom Availability
I understand that flowers are seasonal crops, and bloom availability varies due to weather, growing conditions, and harvest schedules. Specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed.
Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge that:
I have read and understand this agreement.
I understand the risks involved.
I voluntarily choose to participate.
My electronic signature has the same legal effect as my handwritten signature.
