As we prepare our routes for After School pick ups, we wanted to give you an opportunity to register for our After School program this school year. Please complete this online form and we will be in touch with next steps!

BILLING: I acknowledge that by enrolling in the After School program at Phase Family Learning Center, I will be consistently billed weekly/monthly throughout the entire school year regardless of school schedules. What this means is that I will pay the same tuition amount each week/month for the duration of the After School year (August through May) regardless of school breaks, holidays, student illness or family vacations. I may end my enrollment at any time with a 30-day, paid tuition notice to the Phase team.
SCHOOL BREAKS: I acknowledge that Phase offers School Break Camps in keeping with FULTON COUNTY SCHOOLS. If my student's school follows a different calendar, Phase may not be able to make full-day accommodation for my student. Further, I acknowledge that the School Break Camp schedule is posted online (https://phase.center/school-break-camps) and understand that I must register and pay for these camps separately from the After School program.
CHANGE OF TRANSPORTATION: I understand that Phase will pick up my student up at their school each day of their schedule. However, if for any reason my child will not need transportation due to illness or a change in schedule, I will notify the Learning Center before noon (message through the Procare app or call the Learning Center). I acknowledge that repeated issues may result in fines or termination of care.
