Thanks for your interest in participating in one or more of our upcoming Techfluence Virtual Media/Influencer Events.
In this form, you'll be able to select all of the events you want to participate in, and at what level. Any multi-event or early bird discounts you qualify will be reflected in your invoice.
What happens after you submit the form:
After you submit this form, you'll receive the following items:
1. An Exhibitor Checklist with a list of the materials (copy, links, files, images, etc.) we need to set up your virtual booth.
2. A link to our Exhibitor Intake Form for each event you signed up for where you can provide these materials.
NOTE: You'll be able to return to the Intake Form as many times as you need to add info, make changes, etc. Submit the form each time you add or change something. This way, we can be creating your booth in real time.
3. A contract via Adobe that you can sign digitally.
Booth Walkthrough:
When you're booth is ready, we will contact you to schedule a short walkthrough and provide instructions for the staffing the event.
Pricing:
Showcase Events (multi-company)
Regular: $699 / Early Bird: $549 / *Unstaffed: $399
*Unstaffed booths do not include video chat or text chat.
Custom Launch Events (single company)
Regular: $999 / Early Bird $899 (one-hour with webinar and booth).
To qualify for Early Bird pricing, you must submit this form at least 30 days prior to the date of the event.
Multiple Event Discounts:
- 5% discount: Sign up for two events.
- 10% discount: Sign up for more than two events.
- "Launch Pack" - 20% discount when you sign up for THREE Launch Events.
