1. Only natural born females aged one year through high school seniors who reside in Barry, Lawrence, Christian, Greene, and Stone counties are eligible to participate.
2. Entry Fee of $25 is due by September 2, 2026.

3. NO MORE THAN 12 CONTESTANTS IN EACH AGE GROUP! Enter early to secure your spot.
4. DRESS CODE: Must wear a dress! (Sunday Best to Fancy) Attire is at the discretion of the contestant but should always be age appropriate and in good taste. Contestants should not wear anything excessively short or revealing. Age-appropriate make-up and hair is expected.
5. Â The winners will receive a sash and a crown. Winners and runner-ups will receive trophies with their title. Pictures of the winners and 1st & 2nd runner-ups will be taken immediately after the contest in the photography room.
6. Winners and runner ups will be expected to ride in the parade on Saturday, September 19th at 10 AM. Lineup is at 9 AM at the corner of O'Dell and College. Winners will be introduced on the stage, following the parade. Please plan accordingly!
7. Judging: Knowing someone affiliated with the pageant will have no bearing on pageant results. In all cases, the judges' decisions will be final! In order to respect the integrity of the pageant, score sheets will NOT be given to contestants or family members. The judges should NOT be approached by contestants, family members, or friends before, during, or after the pageant. Bad sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated.
8. Conduct: Good conduct and sportsmanship is expected at all times during the pageant. Bad sportsmanship from a contestant, family member, or friend will result in disqualification of the contestant and forfeiture of prizes and awards. Inappropriate language will not be tolerated. No refunds will be given. Noise levels must be kept low so judges and audience can hear contestants.
9. The pageant and pageant rehearsal will be at the Marionville Middle School
200 West Odell Street, Marionville, MO 65705. Rehearsal will be on September 9th.
6 PM for ages 12 months through 7 years.
7 PM for ages 8 through 18 years.
