• CSP 2026 Poster Abstract Submission Form

  • General Information

  • The CSP invites all trainees (medical students, residents, and fellows) to submit original research for poster presentation at the 2026 Annual Meeting in San Francisco, CA (December 2-6). Poster presentations can include original research, case series, or case reports provided they include at least some original data or findings not previously presented at a national or international meeting.

Abstracts will be selected for poster presentations based on scientific merit and clinical relevance. The presenting author of an abstract must be a trainee. There is no fee for submitting an abstract; however, if accepted, the presenting author must register for the conference.

New! Poster presentations will take place on Saturday December 5, 2026.

The three best poster presentations will be selected and recognized by a review committee. Presenters are responsible for all expenses related to participating in the conference, including transportation, registration fee*, lodging, and meals. A select amount of travel grants will be awarded to assist with travel related expenses for presenters. This will be an application process. More details on travel grant opportunities are coming soon.

*Registration fees vary based on days selected and if you are a medical student, resident or fellow. Medical students will have no registration fee. Residents and fellows are eligible for a reduced fee.
