  • Neurodivergent Vendor Application

    Please complete and submit the form below by September 30, 2026 to apply to be a vendor at the Club EMU Craftastic Holiday Bazaar. There is limited space available for vendors, so the application process may close early if we exceed the number of available spots, so please get your application in as soon as possible. Being accepted as a vendor is first come, first served. Please only apply if you are available to participate on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

    Location: West Linn Lutheran Church | Setup Time 12 - 1pm | Show Time 1pm - 4pm | Clean Up 4pm - 5pm
  • Vendor Training Session: Saturday, October 24, 11am-Noon

    Please plan to attend a vendor training session at West Linn Lutheran Church which will be held two weeks before the show. There will also be a virtual option for joining the session online. This session will help prepare participants for how to be a vendor including how to set up an attractive and well organized table, how to price your items, how to track your sales, how to engage with customers, how the checkout process will work, and more!
  • We're so excited that you are applying to sell your handmade products at the first ever Club EMU Craftastic Holiday Bazaar!

     

    Please read below before applying (if you are a Parent, Caregiver, Guardian, or other support person completing this form, please be sure that the particpants understands the parameters listed below):

     

    • Products you sell must be made by you. 
    • if you need or wish for support you must bring your support person with you.
    • You may offer a maximum of 5 different price-points for your products. Please use whole dollar amounts in your pricing.
    • Baked goods are allowed as long as you have an active food handlers card.
      Scholarships are available to cover the $10 cost for the certification. Any food product sold at the show needs to be individually packaged with ingredients listed. You may serve samples of your baked goods. Guidelines will be provided.
    • Products must be family-friendly (no discriminatory phrases, no nudity, no curse words, or sexual references)
    • You may not sell anything that is alive, or formerly alive (insects, animals, etc.).
    • If the products you intend to sell change after you have applied, please notify the craft show organizers for approval by October 25, 2026.
    • Club EMU craft show organizers reserve the right to tell you that a product is not appropriate to sell.
    • There will be a centralized checkout process at the bazaar, so participants will not be accepting any cash or payment at their table. You will be mailed a sales payout check by November 21, 2026.
    • Club EMU will do everything in it's power to prevent theft and/or sales miscalculations, but these things may occur. Participantgs will need to agree to accept the sales payout that Club EMU determines is accurate.

  • Here is a link to the Oregon food handlers card certification. This certification is required in order to sell baked goods. Certification needs to be completed by October 25, 2026 and emailed to info@clubemu.org to participate in the show on November 7th. If you would like a scholarship to cover the $10 cost of the certification you can select "yes" in the question below and $10 will be added to your payment check following the show.

  • By registering for this event you also acknowledge that Club EMU is not liable for any mishaps or injuries during our events. You also acknowledge photos and video may be taken during the events and used by Club Everyone, Me and U.
