Key Responsibilities:
- Packing customer orders into bags or boxes in teams of up to three
- Verifying item quantities and ensuring order accuracy
Requirements:
- Ability to read English and accurately calculate/check numbers
- Some lifting required (up to 16 kg); role involves standing for extended periods
Shift Times:
7:00am – 3:00pm & 4:00pm - 9:00pm (December - January) or 8:00am – 4:00pm (September - November)
Picking
Well-suited for those who are self-motivated, precise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking items from warehouse shelves for order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in reading English and performing basic calculations
- Use of pallet jacks (experience preferred)
- Physical work including walking, lifting (up to 16 kg), and pushing trolleys/cages
Shift Times:
7:00am – 3:00pm or 1:00pm - 9:00pm (December - January) or 8:00am – 4:00pm (September - November)
Receiving
Best suited for individuals who enjoy physical, detail-focused work and are highly accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, unpacking, and organising incoming stock
- Storing items and replenishing shelves
- RF scanner experience is desirable
Requirements:
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving stock
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong problem solving skills
Shift Times:
7:00am – 3:00pm (December - January) or 8:00am – 4:00pm (September - November)
Dispatch
Ideal for individuals who are efficient, energetic, and attentive to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieving stock, packing final orders, and preparing them for delivery
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy as this is the final stage of order processing
Requirements:
- Physically able to walk, lift, and move stock
- Strong reading and numerical skills
Shift Times:
8:00am – 4:00pm
Driver
Designed for experienced drivers with relevant licences and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving company vehicles (High Top Vans or up to 9-tonne Box Trucks)
- Delivering and unloading packages locally
- Forklift drivers will assist in stock replenishment and truck loading/unloading
Requirements:
- Full driver’s licence and/or current MR licence required
- Forklift licence with practical experience preferred
- Professional presentation and communication

Factory General Hand
Great entry-level opportunity for those wanting to gain warehouse experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- General duties such as cleaning, traffic control, and stock replenishment
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
Shift Times:
Day: 7:00am – 3:00pm or 4:00pm - 9:00pm (December - January) or 8:00am – 4:00pm (September - November)
Team Leader
A leadership role for experienced individuals ready to take on greater responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a small team (typically 2-4 team members)
- Monitoring your team’s workflow to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Providing guidance and support to your team members
- Promoting a positive team culture and maintaining team morale
- Escalating operational issues or safety concerns to Supervisors or Management
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience is desirable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Supervisor
A leadership role responsible for overseeing 8-14 small teams and working closely with Prepack Management. Assisting with the coordination of workflow and that safety standards are followed and productivity expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising multiple teams or operational areas within the warehouse
- Providing training, guidance and support to Team Leaders and Team Members
- Assisting the Prepack Management with the coordination of daily workflow and monitoring output to meet operational targets
- Ensuring packing quality standards are met
- Addressing operational issues and implementing solutions
- Ensuring WHS procedures and company policies are followed
- Communicating updates and priorities from Management to Team Leaders and Team Members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Supervisor role or exceptional team leading skills
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred

- This role works closely with Management to ensure operational performance and team effectiveness.
