The Theresa Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with special needs by providing opportunities that foster inclusion, creativity, confidence, and joy through arts, recreation, education, and community experiences.
Organizations seeking sponsorship or funding for events, activities, or initiatives that directly benefit children with special needs are invited to begin by submitting this Funding Request Form. Examples may include, but are not limited to, performances, exhibitions, athletic events, community celebrations, or other meaningful arts and recreational opportunities that promote participation, inclusion, and enjoyment.
Our funding process consists of TWO STEPS:
Step 1: Submit this Funding Request Form for an initial review.
Step 2: If your request meets our funding priorities and funds remain available, you will receive an email invitation to complete the full Sponsorship Application.
Please note that an invitation to complete the full application does not constitute funding approval or a funding commitment. It simply means your request has advanced to the next stage of the review process. All completed applications are evaluated by our Funding Panel, and final funding decisions are made by the Board of Directors.
The Theresa Foundation allocates a limited annual sponsorship budget. Funding requests are reviewed throughout the year on a rolling basis until available funds have been exhausted.
Once the annual sponsorship budget has been fully committed, any new requests received during the remainder of the calendar year will be declined and applicants will be encouraged to reapply when funding becomes available the following year.
