Please note that "attendee" refers to the performance spot of your student. If your student is performing on more than one instrument, they need an "attendee" spot for each performance. Please know that all of our recitals are free for families, friends, and the public!
Please note that attendance at the Recital Prep Class is required. Students who do not attend will forfeit their opportunity to perform in the recital. If you have an unforeseen conflict or need assistance, please contact our office at 330-915-4912 as soon as possible.
**Individual Recital Prep Requests**
* Individual prep sessions requested *after registration closes on August 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM* will incur an additional *$35.00* fee.
* If an individual prep session is requested on a day your teacher does not normally teach, a *$45.00* fee will apply to compensate your instructor for their additional time and travel.
To avoid additional fees, please included all individual recital prep requests above *before registration closes*
Please note that the $20.00 ASM Recital Performance Fee is a non-refundable nominal fee covering faculty/Director additional coaching at recital prep class. Piano accompanying at the Recital Prep and Recital. Concert Hall usage/piano and harpsichord tuning. All gifts and additional ASM staff.
Event Parking for recital weekend:
Our parking lot does not have enough parking spaces to accommodate the number of lessons and recital families. For this reason, ASM has an easement agreement with the building next door and downtown Aurora. We have permission to park at the library, City Hall Park, and the baseball field parking lot in the event of an emergency. Please arrive early enough to find appropriate parking that does not block our fire lane or prohibit other families from entering/exiting the building.
