Please register your intention to participate in the 2026 Sail Past and Blessing of the Fleet on water parade. SYC Sail Past is the official opening of the SYC yachting season and a long standing tradition. Sail Past and Blessing of the Fleet will transpire in front of the SYC Board, fellow SYC members and their guests, and distinguished guests. Vessels will congregate at the end of D arm from 1400 with Sail Past commencing at 1440. There will be prizes for "Best Dressed vessel and crew". You will be judged on several criteria, including - Boat theme/crew outfits, Flying of Signal Flags, Burgee, Bunting and Ensign or ANF (including dipping of the Ensign/ANF as you go by). Also - don't forget to Salute the Flag Officers who will be positioned on the Pontoon. If you wish to book a table in the restaurant (lunched served 1200-1430) please book early. Tables will fill fast. Alternatively the Snack Menu will be served from 1500. More detailed information including, On-Water Schedule and Marina map will follow closer to the event.
