All About Forest’s Condition :
Forest was born with a cleft lip, which is now purely cosmetic and does not affect his health or daily life. As a newborn he was tube fed, however he has since been fully weaned onto solid food with no ongoing feeding concerns. His cleft lip does not require any surgery, medication or additional treatment.

Adoption Fee : £550

I give my consent for Midlands Cleft Rescue to gather, process / store my personal data and use my personal data in decision making relating to adoption of a dog. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any point.
The information I have supplied in this application is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
All pups leave fully health checked by our vet, with minimum first vaccinations, microchipped and a neutering contract in place. Adoption fee is £550.
