Cancel or Withdraw Your Order
If you would like to exercise your right to cancel or withdraw from your order, please complete the form below. You have 14 days from the time of ordering to exercise this right to cancel.
Once we receive your request, we'll review your order status and contact with the next steps.
Exceptions:
Please note: the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:
- In-person training/seminar services which include provision of accommodation other than for residential purpose, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
- Online training/seminar services if contract provided for a specific date or period of performance
- Made-to-order apparel. Please note the majority of our apparel items are made to order and are therefore exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period
- Sealed audio, video or computer software, such as DVDs, that you have unsealed
- Online digital content, that you started downloading or streaming after you expressly agreed to lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance

By completing the form below, you are officially exercising your legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract under EU consumer protection regulations.
How the process works:
Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched from our warehouse, your contract will be dissolved immediately and your payment refunded.
After Dispatch / Post-Delivery: If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, your contract is still legally dissolved upon submitting this form. However, you are required to return the items to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with EU law, the direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility, unless the items delivered were faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Confirmation: A timestamped acknowledgement of your withdrawal will be sent to your email address immediately upon clicking "Confirm withdrawal" below.
