Neighbors United University- Baltimore City 2026-27 Cohort Application
Neighbors United University supports residents from across your area to create a learning community that is focused on understanding how to create meaningful, lasting change in communities. Participants will engage in evening sessions every week over a period of 4 months (December – March). Participants will also receive food and a stipend for sessions they attend.
