1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that kayaking and paddleboarding involve inherent risks including but not limited to drowning, collisions, weather conditions, wildlife, and physical exertion. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I accept full responsibility for the rented equipment. I agree to return all equipment in the same condition and will be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft.

I agree to wear a life jacket when required, follow all safety instructions, avoid unsafe conditions, andoperate equipment responsibly at all times.

5. Weather & Water Conditions
I understand that weather and water conditions can change rapidly and may become dangerous. I accept full responsibility for assessing conditions and choosing to participate.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating. In case of emergency, I authorize medical treatment and accept responsibility for any related costs.

7. Indemnification
