      Set the per session rate to calculate what is charged for the selected options.

      Set the schedule Cosing Dates to the last date active on each related Schedule. This is used to close the schedule when the last active date has expired. Condition "hides" the whole section based on the Close Schedule Dates. The last schedule of the program does not need to be set up. 

      For the last schedule, set the disable date in the form settings to the last day of the program.
