    Progress photos are optional but highly recommended, as they are one of the best ways to accurately track your progress over time.

    For the most accurate comparison, please wear clothing that allows your physique to be seen clearly (for example: shorts and no top for men, or shorts/leggings with a sports bra for women). If you aren't comfortable with this, that's completely okay—a fitted T-shirt or vest is absolutely fine.

    Please take your photos in a similar location, lighting and posture each time where possible. Your photos will only be used for coaching purposes and will never be shared without your permission.
