Join Us as a Vendor or Partner at James River EcoFest 2026!
We're thrilled you're interested in being part of the James River EcoFest, an exciting event dedicated to environmental education and community engagement! This application will guide you through the process of securing your spot as a valued vendor or non-profit partner.
We are seeking vendors with a direct tie-in to the James River, water conservation, sustainability, wellness, and items that will appeal to the eco-conscious outdoor enthusiast in us all. Nature-minded artisans are encouraged. We will not permit multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing products. We will prioritize vendors that align with our mission to protect the James River and connect people to it.
A few important reminders as you proceed:
- For-Profit Vendors (Non-Food): A $50 fee secures your 10'x10' space. Remember to bring your display setup (tables, chairs, tent) and be prepared for a rain-or-shine event with no electricity provided.
- Food Vendors: A non-refundable $300 fee is required. You'll need to provide your business license, certificate of insurance, and ensure compliance with all local health department requirements. Please plan for your own electricity, water, and waste disposal. Sustainable packaging is highly encouraged!
- Non-Profit Partners: We love interactive, activity-based learning! Your fee is waived, but please note that sales are not permitted. Like all participants, bring your display setup and be ready for any weather.
