We bring the fun to birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and celebrations across metro Atlanta. Elevate your next party with our signature 360 spinning photo booth, packed with fun props and managed by a professional booth attendant to keep the energy high!

Please complete this form to submit your booking request. Once received, we will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm availability and walk you through your next steps.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Submitting this form does not lock in your date. Your event is officially booked only after your deposit is received and confirmed.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

To reserve your event date with The Renea Events & Rentals, a deposit of 25% of your total booking balance (minimum $100.00) is required. Your event date is not officially reserved until your deposit has been received and confirmed.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, Cash App, and credit/debit card through our secure payment link. You will receive a payment link after we review your request and confirm your date is available.

The remaining balance is due in full on the morning of your event, prior to setup. Failure to provide final payment before setup begins may result in cancellation of services without refund of your deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 10 or more days before your event date: Full refund of deposit, issued within 3–5 business days.
• Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before your event date: Deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions.
• Rescheduling: You may apply your deposit toward a new available date at no additional charge, provided we are notified at least 5 days before your original event date. Rescheduled dates must be booked within 6 months of the original date.
• No-shows or no notice given: Full forfeiture of all monies paid. No refund or reschedule credit will be issued.

OUTDOOR EVENT & WEATHER POLICY

The Renea Events & Rentals is happy to serve outdoor venues. However, the safety of our equipment, staff, and guests is always our top priority.

We reserve the right to cancel or relocate outdoor services due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or temperatures above 95°F.

If a weather-related cancellation is initiated by The Renee Events & Rentals, you will receive the choice of a full deposit refund or a reschedule at no additional charge. We are not responsible for venue-related power failures, space restrictions, or conditions outside of our control.

TRAVEL & SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Travel to events within 20 miles of our home base (Kennesaw, Ga) is included at no additional cost. Events located beyond 20 miles are subject to a travel fee, which will be discussed and confirmed with you before your booking is finalized.

To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please confirm your venue can meet the following requirements before booking:
• Minimum of 8 × 8 feet of flat, level floor space for the 360 photo booth
• Access to a standard 110V electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area
• Minimum of 60 minutes available for setup prior to your event start time

The Renea Events & Rentals is not responsible for inability to perform services due to insufficient space, inaccessible power, or venue restrictions that were not disclosed at the time of booking.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and that I have read, understood, and agree to all Booking, Deposit, Cancellation, Weather, and Travel policies outlined in this form. I understand that my event date is not officially reserved until my deposit has been received and confirmed by The Renea Events & Rentals.

By signing below, I confirm my agreement to all terms and policies set forth by The Renee Events & Rentals. I understand that this signature constitutes a binding agreement between myself and The Renee Events & Rentals, and that I am authorizing the deposit payment described above to be processed in order to secure my requested event date.

Here is what happens next:

1. We will review your request and contact you within 24 business hours to confirm your date is available.
2. Once confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link to submit your deposit and officially lock in your event date.
3. Your event date is fully reserved the moment your deposit payment is confirmed.
